Can you handle large parts?
Yes. Our equipment supports large-part turning, milling, grinding, and water jet projects. Send the part dimensions, weight, material, and drawing so we can confirm the appropriate equipment, workholding, and setup.
Can you reverse engineer a worn or broken part?
Yes. We can develop manufacturing information from worn or broken physical parts and support repair, prototyping, and production of replacement components.
What file formats do you accept?
We can review STEP, IGES, DWG, DXF, PDF, Autodesk Inventor, and SolidWorks files. We can also evaluate physical parts for reverse-engineering projects.
Can you provide inspection and material documentation?
Inspection reports, material certifications, and first-article inspection documentation are available when requested as part of the project requirements. Include any documentation needs with the quote request.
